Yaqi(Sam) Yuan (she/her)

I am a visiting assistant professor in the Sociology Department at Wake Forest University. I completed my Ph.D. in sociology at the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York in May 2020. My research interests are Medical Sociology, Aging and the Life Course, Law and Society, and Sociology of Families. I also love traveling around the world and taking photographs on the road (the cover picture on my homepage was shot in Santorini, Greece)
